This page describes the conditions under which you can return an item purchased on saravalenti.fr and obtain a refund, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalty.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires, by email to contact@saravalenti.fr, indicating your order number. You may also use the withdrawal form template provided at the bottom of this page.
Timeframe and return instructions
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to send the item back to the following address: Sara Valenti (Sarah ES-SOUDAIKI), 10 Rue du Chevalier de la Barre, 92130 Issy-les-Moulineaux, France.
Condition of the returned item
- Leather bags: unworn, in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, with their protective dust bag and the accessories provided at delivery.
- Stainless steel jewelry: unworn and returned in its original packaging.
Any item returned worn, damaged, or incomplete may be refused or result in a partial refund, after deduction for loss of value.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, earrings cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as an item lost during return cannot be refunded.
Refund
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of proof of its shipment if received earlier. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the order, via our payment provider WooPayments. We do not offer exchanges: only refunds are possible, and you are of course welcome to place a new order.
